AI Implementation and Coaching for Local Businesses
Not a chatbot you set and forget. We put AI to work across your business, connect it to what you already use, and coach your team until it sticks. It includes everything else we do, plus Steele's one on one time.
What's included
AI chat and lead replies
A chat on your site or text replies that answer common questions, collect the lead and hand it to you.
Auto follow ups
Texts and emails that follow up on quotes and inquiries so leads don't go cold.
Review requests
Happy customers get asked for a Google review after a visit or job.
Booking and intake
Booking and intake forms wired into your site and Google listing.
AI content and social workflows
Turn your photos and notes into posts, captions and replies, with you approving first.
ChatGPT and tool setup
The right tools picked, set up and connected for quotes, emails, menus and day to day work.
Your website, social and SEO
Everything on this site is included: website, social media, local SEO and photo shoots as needed.
1 on 1 time with Steele
Steele works with you directly to map where AI saves the most time and builds it in.
Team coaching
Training for you and your staff so people actually use it after we leave.
How it works
- Apply. A short application about your business, your tools and where your time goes.
- Meet 1 on 1 with Steele. We walk through what AI can take off your plate and give you a fixed quote.
- Build and coach. We set it up, connect it, and train your team until it runs without us.
Why the range?
A single location that wants follow ups and review requests is a very different job from a multi location team that wants AI in quoting, scheduling, content and training. We price after we meet so you only pay for what you need.
Just want one small automation? Missed call text back is $400 setup plus $99 a month and review requests are $400 setup plus $79 a month. Ask us.
AI implementation is available in Las Cruces, Mesilla and El Paso. It pairs with website design. See our work or browse all services.
